Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and ready to ship. All orders ship via USPS unless an alternate shipping carrier is selected at checkout. If your order includes a "pre-order" item(s), entire order will ship once pre-ordered units are officially in stock.
Wonder Boxes are curated and sold as a collection, therefore no individual pieces within the box can be returned. However, if an item is defective, please complete the below request.
What Little Wonder is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you think your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local post office or the carrier responsible for delivery to file a claim.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is received in a timely manner, What Little Wonder cannot be held responsible for late orders or deliveries due to COVID-19.
In the case of international shipments, What Little Wonder is not responsible for international fees, taxes, brokerage fees or customs duty charges. We are unable to estimate the fees that may be charged to you, please reach out to your local customs office for more information.

Due to the hygenic nature of the products offered on What Little Wonder, we are only able to accept returns on product that is in new condition and in original packaging. Any opened packages are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If, within 14 days of purchase, you are unsatisfied with the product you received or the product is defective - please complete the below request. If possible, include the customer's full name and order number. Please do not ship returns back to us without prior notification. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless otherwise advised.
Upon receipt, return will be processed within 3-5 business days - full purchase price (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded to the original purchaser. What Little Wonder reserves the right to refuse the return if the returning condition is not within our return guidelines (as outlined above) or if item is damaged in the return shipping process due to improper packaging.
Any purchases made outside of the U.S. or Canada are final and not eligible for return/exchange.
