Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the hygenic nature of the products offered on What Little Wonder, we are only able to accept returns on product that is in new condition and in original packaging. Any opened packages are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please contact us, if within 14 days of purchase, you are unsatisfied with the product you received or the product is defective.

Any purchases made outside of the U.S. or Canada are final and not eligible for return/exchange.

 

When will my order ship?

Our current processing time is between 2-3 days. You will receive a notification once your order is shipped.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer FREE shipping on all U.S. orders. All other international orders are subject to shipping fees.

 

Tracking shows my package was delivered, but I haven't received it yet?

We recommend waiting at least 2 days after delivery notification for your package to arrive. If you still haven’t received it, please contact your local post office or the carrier responsible for delivery to file a claim.
